Responsibilities

  • Ability to print, cut, weed, mask and package digital products
  • Operate light printing machinery
  • Learn all aspects of Digital including machines
  • Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
  • Assist in other areas when the business requires

Requirements

  • Northcoast 99 Winner – 14 th year

FastTrack 50 Winner – 21-time winner

  • Certificate of Congressional Achievement – Lake County Safety Council
  • A clear connection between your work and an impact on customers.
  • A successful team with high internal visibility for accomplishments.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on his/her feet most of the shift.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment

Quality-minded

  • Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
  • A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
