• Starting at $31.00 Children's Dental Health is seeking a passionate Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.

Continuing a proud tradition that began with one Philadelphia area practice in the 1970s, we now operate 33 practices and four surgery centers in the PA/NJ/DE marketplace.

Responsibilities

• As an EFDA, you'll have the chance to showcase your expanded skills and knowledge, assisting our dentist in a variety of procedures, including restorations, extractions, and root canals.
• You'll take and develop dental X-rays, manage patient records, and provide education on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• And, of course, you'll do it all with a friendly and empathetic approach that makes our patients feel at ease.

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures
• Perform expanded functions, including restorations, extractions, and root canals
• Take and develop dental X-rays Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care

Requirements

• Current licensure as an EFDA Demonstrated desire to work in a pediatric setting

Mondy-Thursday 8:15am-4:30pm; Occasional Friday/ Saturday Location: Trexlertown, PA (with travel to our Easton location)
