Responsibilities

• Continue developing your hands-on insulation installation skills while working on a variety of residential and commercial projects
• Work on projects where quality insulation installation and attention to detail make a visible difference
• Serve customers throughout Northeast Ohio, generally within an hour of Kent Quality Counts: Be part of a company that values dependable workmanship, safety, and attention to detail Your New Role Work as a full-time
• Insulation Technician based in Kent, Ohio 44240, serving the greater
• Akron and Northeast Ohio area Work as part of an experienced insulation crew installing residential and commercial insulation
• Apply your hands-on insulation installation experience to complete projects according to specifications and company procedures
• Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation installation equipment safely and effectively
• Follow job-site safety procedures and established insulation installation quality standards
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Work efficiently with crew members to complete assigned insulation projects
• Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout Northeast Ohio, generally within a one-hour drive of Kent, OH Maintain dependable attendance and contribute to a productive field crew
• Ability to work effectively as part of an insulation and field installation crew

Requirements

• Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and job-site equipment used in insulation installation

Pay

• Company pays 80% of premiums
• Company pays 100% of premiums
• Bonus paid based on the business's net profit

Benefits

• $19 to $24 per hour based on experience Full-Time Position: Approximately 31 to 40 hours per week
• Available and paid at time and a half for hours worked over 40 Paid Drive Time: Drive time is paid from the shop to the job site
• Available with premiums paid 100% by the employee 401(k): Company contributes up to 80% of the first 5% you contribute

8-hour workday, with start and end times varying depending on the job

Local Service Area

This is a field-based position serving customers throughout Northeast Ohio. Our office is located in Kent, OH, and technicians travel generally within a one-hour drive

1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in insulation installation or construction Direct, practical experience performing insulation installation on job sites is required.
