Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as: Specialist Credit with Norwegian language skills in debt collection team Type of Employment: Permanent Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) WHAT YOU'LL DO Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices; Collaborate with Business units and external debt collection agencies; Prepare and analyze weekly debt aging portfolio and define debt collection actions; Serve customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings; Balance confirmations for customers; Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency; Assist with internal and external audits; Participate in improvement projects. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Degree in accounting or related field; Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Experience with ERP (JDE experience will be considered as an advantage); Fluency in English (both – oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe; Fluency in Norwegian (both – oral and written) to communicate with partners in Norway; Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality; Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
