Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware (consoles, controllers, and accessories like headphones) and software
  • (Problems with games and DLCs);
  • Arrange repairs if troubleshooting fails;
  • Help with account recovery, especially in cases of hacker attacks;
  • Store Refunds

Requirements

  • Customer advice by telephone and email;
  • Professional technical support service and assistance in the use of products, installation and synchronization of software and devices;
  • Refunds (if eligible);
  • Customer advice regarding online shops, software and systems;

PSVR

  • Please note that both good German and English are required for this position oral and written form is a prerequisite.
  • Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m

Pay

Salary: EUR 19,400–23,000
