Manager of Production (F/M)

Join our Operations M'Hmadia team as a Manager of Production (F/M) and play a key role in developing state-of-the-art production capabilities for a variety of products. You will help create the best possible production conditions with regard to cost, quality and time, while continuously developing production and contributing to better health for more people. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities Plan production capacities on a long- and mid-term basis Develop investment plans and resource planning in line with business and sales plans Build a strong team capable of setting up and running state-of-the-art production Develop a long-term technological vision for the plant(s) Maintain a comprehensive overview of technological trends and plan their implementation within the plant(s) Devise and implement people development and training plans for employees to enable technological developments What Will Convince Us Academic degree in Engineering or a similar subject Minimum of 10 years of experience leading teams in plants and in technology development for production facilities Visionary perspective on long-term production technology development Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, from Board to shopfloor Fluency in English About Sartorius Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
