We are looking for an experienced **AI Solution Architect** to design and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions in a regulated global environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, solution architecture, and Microsoft Azure, with hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications using Azure OpenAI APIs and agent-based automation.

The role requires the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures while ensuring compliance with privacy, security, auditability, and cross-border regulatory considerations.

## Requirements

## Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services and PaaS frameworks.
  • Develop AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation capabilities using Azure OpenAI APIs.
  • Design and implement agent-based automation workflows to address complex business requirements.
  • Lead solution architecture and technical design initiatives across enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, privacy, security, auditability, and data governance requirements.
  • Address cross-border data considerations and compliance requirements in global technology environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and architecture roadmaps.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, cloud services, and architectural frameworks to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.

## Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3+ years in architecture or solution design, or equivalent experience and scope.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and operating solutions in regulated global environments.
  • Strong understanding of privacy, auditability, security controls, and cross-border data considerations.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native solution development.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS services and frameworks.
  • Experience using Azure OpenAI APIs to develop AI-enabled features and intelligent applications.
  • Understanding of AI-driven automation and agent-based architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving, architectural design, and stakeholder management skills.
