Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures are part of your daily practice.
• Leave behind crowded waiting rooms, boarding patients and the safety concerns of the modern ED.
• Follow patients through healing and build lasting relationships, instead of treating them once and never learning what happened.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds

Requirements

• Direct patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise, not throughput metrics, satisfaction scores or a staffing company.
• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Or eligibility to obtain one

Pay

• $250,000–$500,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)
• Top performers earn $500,000+ through performance bonuses
• Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs
