**Help make investing more accessible**

We’re looking for a curious, sharp, and self-driven **Financial Media & Content Intern** to join our team, helping retail investors in Singapore navigate their investing journeys with greater confidence.

This is not a “post-and-go” social media internship. You will gain hands-on experience running the day-to-day content process—from researching investing topics and spotting relevant trends, to developing ideas, creating assets, scheduling posts, and reviewing performance.

Working closely with our **Senior Content & Growth Specialist**, you will take increasing ownership of our content pipeline and help build a more scalable, insight-led content engine for the team. **What you'll be doing**

Social Media Ownership & Growth: Own and grow moomoo’s social media channels through timely, engaging and value-driven content covering market insights, investing and wealth management, positioning moomoo as a trusted source of financial education.
Brand Reputation & Trust: Maintain brand hygiene and lead initiatives to strengthen brand reputation, improve online sentiment and customer reviews, including scam awareness and education.
Content Performance & Insights: Monitor content performance, analyse audience engagement and trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimise content strategy.
Support wider brand and growth initiatives, including campaign content, community management, and improvements to our content workflows and templates.
\[BONUS\] Video Content Production: Independently film and edit reels, short videos as social content to drive engagement, improve content variety and grow channel reach.

**Who are we looking for?**

Currently pursuing, or recently graduated from, a degree in **Communications, Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics**, or a related field.
A genuine interest in **investing, personal finance, and financial markets**. You do not need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable learning about investing topics and translating them into accessible content.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
A proactive and independent working style: you can take a brief, ask thoughtful questions, manage deadlines, and move work forward.
Comfortable balancing creativity with accuracy—especially when communicating financial topics.
Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar content-creation tools is a plus.
English speaking and fluency in Mandarin are preferred.
A portfolio, personal content account, writing samples, university project, or other examples of your work will be highly valued.
Commitment to a **full-time internship from January to June 2027**.
