Responsibilities

• Value safety, organization, and continuous improvement.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
• Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools
• Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.

Pay

The expected pay scale for this role is $23.41-25.14 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and qualifications.
