Responsibilities

• Junk Removal and Customer Service
• Sales Training & Skill Development
• Learn how to present pricing, build value, and professionally overcome customer objections

Gain real-world sales, negotiation, and customer experience skills

• Ongoing coaching to help you grow and earn more
• Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team
• Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression
• Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate
• Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale

Safely remove junk from homes and businesses

• Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
• Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude
• This Role Is Perfect for You If You:
• Enjoy talking with customers and building rapport
• Are comfortable discussing price and learning sales techniques
• Want control over how much you earn

Requirements

19+ years old

• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow

Pay

Pay: $22–$24+/hour

(Profit Share + Tips + 16/hr base )

Average total earnings: $22–$24+ /hr

• (inclusive of 16/base hourly + tips + performance bonuses!)
• Are motivated by performance-based pay and bonuses
