Responsibilities

• Now Hiring: Truck Team Member – General Labour / Customer Service / Driver
• Start each day at our Langford office with your team
• Head out in our branded blue trucks to serve customers around Greater Victoria
• Help remove unwanted items from homes or businesses
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Lift and load items (up to 50 lbs) and ensure responsible disposal

Requirements

19+ years of age

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great attitude
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Previous experience in general labour, customer service, sales, or driving is a bonus—but not required

Pay

• 18.50 base + tips, and profit share included - up to $25 - $30/hr total compensation
• Great Pay

Earn between

$25–$30/hr, with base pay of 18/hr, consistent tips and profit-sharing bonuses
