Saint Luke's is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Float Pool!

About Saintlukes

• FT Night; 7p-7a Prior ICU experience strongly preferred Will float between our metro entities.
• The Tier 2 float pool nurse will care for a variety of patient populations and float to the following units: Medical ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU.

Responsibilities

• RN required BLS required ACLS required The Opportunity: The Critical Care Float Pool is looking for an RN who wants to gain experience in various units while working at three to four facilities across the metro.
• Accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
• Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and for supervision of other patient care staff.
• Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.
