Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback

Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills

• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and (state) licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Pay

& Benefits $95,000–$107,000 total earning potential between base salary + monthly bonus opportunities $5,000 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance available
