Essential Anesthesia Management, a partnership between YPS and EmergencHealth, is a clinician-founded, clinician-led anesthesia management company striving to deliver the highest quality anesthesia care to both patients and hospitals alike. Over the past several years, we have experienced significant growth, providing turnkey department management at over 125 facilities in 6 states. Over 1,400 CRNA and Anesthesiologist providers make up the Essential Team.

Responsibilities

• Additional Compensation for hours worked after 7pm
• 2 Anesthesiologist on-site daily, working with a team of 4 CRNAs
• Beeper call during 7 weeks of service
• No ER at the facility
• Cases include
• Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic, and Interventional Cath Lab procedures
• Cardiovascular fellowship is not required; however, candidates must be proficient in cardiovascular anesthesia

Requirements

• Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure

Preferred

• Proficiency in cardiovascular anesthesia required

Monday–Friday on-site schedule during service weeks

• 30-minute callback requirement
• Echo proficiency required
