### **What You'll Do**

As an Automotive Technician, you'll help keep our vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for the road. Your responsibilities will include:

Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on customer and inventory vehicles
Recondition used vehicles to meet company safety and quality standards
Diagnose and repair automotive systems
Perform inspections and identify necessary repairs
Conduct test drives when needed to verify repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all shop safety procedures and company standards
Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship

### **What We're Looking For**

Previous experience as an **Automotive Technician, Mechanic, or similar role**
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Valid driver's license
Own basic hand tools
Ability to use specialty shop equipment and tools
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screen (**THC excluded**)
