Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Chickamauga, Georgia

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Chickamauga, Georgia. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

Responsibilities

• Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company
• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
• $21 - $27/hour
• Training and support to obtain
• RBT certification

Requirements

• at least 18 years of age to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for supporting children with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Early intervention experience (ages 2–6) (Required)
• School-based experience (Required)
• RBT certification (Preferred)
• or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe
• License/Certification
• CPR Certification

Preferred

• Active CPR certification (Preferred)

Pay

Pay: $21 - $27/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (split schedule potentially)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods

Comfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children
