Responsibilities

• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle
• Performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency

Completing approved service on customer vehicles

• Testing and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications
• Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.
• Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
• Maintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Supporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries
• What does it take to get on track?

Requirements

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade 2+ years of automotive experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
