Co Op Research and Development

Our goal is simple–do what's right for patients, surgeons, tissue donors, and their families through our guiding principles. The Co Op Research and Development will support R&D activities by conducting experiments and literature searches related to product and process development, processing allograft tissue forms based on protocols or SOPs, performing tissue/device characterization testing, and analyzing experimental data.

Responsibilities

• Participates in processing tissue, planning and performing experiments and analyzing results for Research and Development projects.
• Performs biochemical assays, mechanical testing, and other preclinical in vitro testing.
• Performs literature searches and compile summaries of all relevant information.
• Researches competitive products and continue to update competitive information libraries.
• Maintains lab notebook and prepares data summaries and reports.
• Performs additional duties as assigned and trained.

Requirements

• You must be enrolled in a college or University during the Co-op period.
• Completion of at least one to three years college credit toward a degree in Engineering or Science Good organizational ability, good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as with others.

Co-op is from January 2027 to June 2027 $25 - $32 per hour Must be able to report to Edison 5 days a week. Monday thru Friday, 8:15am - 4:30pm.
