Responsibilities

  • Flexible, based on client availability and your availability.
  • Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align.
  • As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to take on hybrid or virtual cases as they become available.
  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs

Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings

  • Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
  • Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
  • Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
  • Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
  • Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
  • Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

  • Previous ABA therapy experience
  • Two or more years of experience working with children
  • Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities

Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour
