Responsibilities

• Your role As a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards.
• Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)
• Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces
• Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping
• Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment

Assist machine operators with daily tasks

• Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment This position is for you if You enjoy physical, active work You take pride in punctuality and a job well done You’re looking for stable hours, good pay, and a long-term career in manufacturing
• Profile we’re looking for This is a physically demanding position that requires precision and reliability. You are: Punctual and dependable — being on time is essential for production Comfortable lifting and moving up to 23 kg (50 lb) regularly Able to stay focused during 12-hour shifts Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality A strong team player with a solid work ethic

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg).

Pay

Night shift schedules from Monday to Thursday 5:30PM to 5:30AM Compensation: Competitive wage: $22.07/hour to $22.62/hour + 5$/hour night shift premium
