Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Floor Manager is to oversee all operations and processes related to the product lifecycle.
  • You work closely with the management team to execute visual layout plans through efficient labour management, ensuring execution and maintenance.
  • Execute merchandising, marketing, and product strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and Head Office to deliver brand and business goals.
  • Lead by example to create an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor.
  • Drive a high-performing team through clear communication and daily floor leadership.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold brand and service standards.
  • Motivate and develop the team to deliver consistent results.

Requirements

  • Min 1 years retail management experience preferably from a retail fashion background
  • Commercially minded and analytical with the ability to influence sales through data
  • Comfortable managing both people and product life cycle
  • Previous experience managing large teams
  • Managed a high turnover operation before Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated
  • Flair for VM, brand standards and training
