As an In-Home Health Care RN, you'll have the unique privilege of building meaningful relationships with your patients, providing holistic care that extends beyond medical needs to truly touch their lives.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities Provide in-home nursing care and administer prescribed treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes.
• Educate patients and their families about health and wellness Qualifications What We're Looking For RN or LPN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clients’ homes.

Requirements

• Must pass a criminal background check and have current CPR certification.

Preferred

• Experience in home health or hospice settings preferred.

Pay

USD $42.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr.
