The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

Responsibilities

Identify functional requirements and create user stories

• Test developed stories and ensure application QA Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
• Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users

Develop and maintain documentation and training materials

• Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed
• Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Top Secret Cleared.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of work experience (including internships)

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) (Beginner) Experience with Manual Testing (Beginner) Experience with Agile Project Management (Beginner) Experience with Business Requirements Analysis (Beginner) Experience withJira
• Ticketing (Beginner) Clear written communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.
• Able to develop strong client relationships.

Preferred

• SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team
• Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIRA Application/software testing experience
