Sr. Site Reliability Engineer

O.C. Tanner

We're hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen the reliability, scalability, and performance of our high-traffic, multi-tenant SaaS platform, including the e-commerce systems behind our recognition and awards programs. You'll join a small SRE team that supports a large portfolio of applications. We're not patching the old way of working; we're replacing it with an engineered approach grounded in SRE principles: clear service ownership, SLOs, automation, and repeatable processes. The work starts hands-on, with support requests, ticket handling, and operational cleanup, and every piece of it is an opportunity to understand a problem well enough to engineer it out. You'll help define the standards, tooling, and practices the team runs on going forward.
