AI Engineer – Anthropic Claude (Lead / Platform) About the Offer We are currently looking for two AI Engineers with hands-on Anthropic Claude experience to join the team of our client from the banking sector.

The client is establishing Claude Enterprise adoption and Claude operations across the organisation, and is building a small team to design, secure, integrate and run the platform.

Responsibilities

• Defining platform architecture, security, compliance and integration patterns
• Ensuring Claude Enterprise capabilities are introduced securely and integrated with internal systems through approved 1st party and 3rd party patterns

Making sure the platform operates reliably in production

• Enabling business teams to adopt and use the platform
• Building and supporting the Claude platform in line with defined requirements and internal guidelines
• Designing, implementing, operating and continuously improving the platform and its integrations within the enterprise environment
• Keeping Claude services secure, reliable, scalable and compliant with enterprise standards
• Enabling business teams to build and consume AI capabilities through approved 1st party and 3rd party integration patterns

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT, including hands-on work in a similar role Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, ideally Claude Enterprise platform engineering and operations
• Enterprise integration and API engineering experience
• Experience with enterprise AI architecture and operations Platform reliability, security and governance experience

Preferred

• Microsoft Agentic AI / Copilot experience
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate

Key Details

Rate: up to 170 PLN/h net (B2B) Work Model: hybrid, 75% remote, full-time (40 h/week)
