Front Desk Representative ( Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm–11:30pm Shift)

The Front Desk Representative @ The Fitzgerald provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.

Responsibilities

• 3:00pm – 11:30p Shift What will I do every day?
• Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community
• Assist residents with requests as needed
• Answer incoming calls
• Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
• Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
• Bring a smile to work every day
• Have excellent customer service skills 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Senior Living experience a plus
• Hotel experience a plus
