We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate BT/RBT to work 1-on-1 in the home with a bright, verbal 6-year-old boy in Rye Brook. He has a moderate level of functioning and presents with significant challenging behaviors, so we need someone who can bring their clinical skills, keep a cool head when things get spicy 🌶️, and celebrate the little victories like they just won the Super Bowl. 🏆

Because sometimes progress looks like mastering a new skill… and sometimes it looks like surviving a transition without the entire household entering a season finale. 📺🤣

We’re looking for someone who understands that behavior is communication, progress takes consistency, and a sense of humor can be a lifesaver on the tougher days.

Requirements

• ✅ A dependable, patient, and proactive BT or RBT
• ✅ Someone comfortable supporting a child with significant challenging behaviors
• ✅ A professional who can stay calm, follow the behavior plan, and think on their feet
• ✅ Someone who celebrates progress, big and small
• ✅ Spanish speakers are a BIG plus! 🇪🇸
• ✅ Someone ready to bring positive energy, professionalism, and compassion to the case

Pay
