Registered Nurse - Primary Care Triage

Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full time Registered Nurse - Primary Care Triage at the Fairfax Ambulatory Care Clinic in Fairfax, VA. This position offers: Full-Time Schedule: 39 hours/week Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 0630 - 2000 Outpatient healthcare setting Work-life Balance: No on-call, weekend or holiday requirements, with 11 paid federal holidays off Pay range: $38.95-$44.37 per hour Benefits: Medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off (PTO), sick leave, life insurance and more. Essential Functions : Conduct patient assessments through physical examinations and evaluate presenting concerns. Review medical histories and assess symptoms to determine the nature and severity of medical conditions. Monitor and document vital signs. Initiate appropriate emergency interventions when necessary. Perform triage assessments to prioritize patients based on the urgency and severity of their medical needs. Communicate patient conditions, assessment findings, and changes in status to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members. Provide patient and family education. Facilitate the safe and timely transfer of patients to appropriate treatment areas. Job Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Minimum of two years of RN experience, preferably within the last five years Ready to seize this opportunity?
