Responsibilities

• Internal promotions to Lead Sales Associate, Senior Lead, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager
• Many of our current managers started as Sales Associates
• o As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
• Achieve high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Pay: $35,000 - $65,000+ annually
• Compensation: Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
