Our company is looking for a Nurse Manager for our Ambulatory Surgery Centers. To support our managed practices to provide excellent vision care to patients, treating the whole person with genuine empathy and kindness.

Responsibilities

• We support skilled eye care practitioners in implementing the latest operational and surgical advancements and techniques.
• Our priority is to enable providers to do what they do best: improve each patient’s life through supportive vision care.
• Establishes and maintains an environment that promotes and supports professional practice.
• Determines that approved standards of patient care and nursing practice are utilized in all areas providing nursing care.
• Nursing and medical team operational process Serves as a role model in leadership abilities, applications of principles of teaching, management, and effective communication.
• Ongoing Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement Process Qualifications What You Will Bring: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Possess a valid
• Registered Nurse license
• Demonstrates clinical expertise in pre- and post-op ambulatory surgical nursing

Requirements

• Equivalent of two (2) years clinical expertise in OR, Critical Care, or ambulatory care nursing.
• One (1) year of supervisory level experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Participation in continuing education Participation in professional nursing societies related to ambulatory care Certification in the field of OR Nursing desired. $95,000.00-$120,000.00 Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
