You're helping create independence, connection, comfort, and confidence with every trip.

Responsibilities

• Obey state driving laws and comply with all CDL regulations.
• Drive in a courteous and professional manner that reflects the values of Willow Valley Communities.
• Assist passengers, as needed, entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs according to established policies and procedures, including wheelchair lap and shoulder restraints before moving the vehicle.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies that occur while driving, including fires, illnesses, and accidents.
• After unloading passengers, inspect the bus for lost items and remove any trash from the vehicle.
• Fuel vehicles and report maintenance needs to the Transportation Supervisor. ✅ What You'll Bring Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License Previous bus or passenger driving experience preferred

Requirements

• Less than high school education; or up to 3-6 months related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
