Responsibilities

  • Patient handling and husbandry
  • Client education and partnership
  • Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
  • Diagnostic management and medication administration
  • Emergency triage and response
  • Detailed medical record keeping
  • Run appointments alongside assistants
  • You’ll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

Preferred

  • 1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
  • Newly licensed technicians encouraged to apply
  • CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred
  • Bond Vet is only considering applicants who have independent unrestricted valid authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer and accept new employment for this position. Pay

  • $24 - $34 per hour | Up to
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus | Flexible Schedules
  • Competitive Pay: $24 - $34 /hour (based on experience)

Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus

When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team. Team members have earned up to an additional $250/month or more!
