As a Sales Associate , you'll help bring this heritage to life by sharing your passion for fragrance, connecting with customers and creating a welcoming store environment where every visit feels special. What you'll do As a Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and bringing the Yankee Candle brand to life. We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people, has a passion for retail and takes pride in creating memorable shopping experiences. You'll help customers discover their perfect fragrances, share your product knowledge and ensure the store remains inviting, well-presented and ready for every customer.

Responsibilities

• With a portfolio of more than 600 products, we're recognised worldwide for our quality, distinctive scents and beautifully designed candles.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences Welcome customers into the store and provide friendly, engaging and personalised service.
• Build genuine connections with customers to understand their needs and recommend products they'll love.
• Bring the Yankee Candle brand to life through engaging fragrance storytelling and product demonstrations.
• Develop your product knowledge to confidently share information about our fragrances, candles and home fragrance collections.
• Create memorable shopping experiences that encourage customer loyalty and repeat visits.
• Drive sales and store performance Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to recommend complementary products and maximise sales through effective cross-selling.
• Stay informed about promotions, new product launches and seasonal collections.
• Take a proactive approach to engaging customers and helping them discover the right products.
• Support the wider team in achieving store objectives and delivering strong commercial results.
• Maintain brilliant retail standards Keep the store clean, organised and beautifully presented in line with Yankee Candle brand standards.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed attractively and readily available.
• Support deliveries, stock management and general store operations as required.
• Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of health, safety and security.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store runs smoothly, especially during busy trading periods.
