Responsibilities

• As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll take responsibility for building and managing your own network of specialist candidates while supporting the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.
• Identify, attract and engage high-quality candidates
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Develop and manage your own network of candidates and industry professionals
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep information accurate and organised

Develop specialist knowledge within your market

Requirements
