Responsibilities

  • You’ll need your own car and a full UK driving licence.
  • Bringing LEGO to Life, Store by Store This is a hands-on, people-focused role where attention to detail really matters.
  • If you’ve never worked "out in the field" before, think of it like this: instead of spending your entire shift inside just one shop, you visit a couple of different retailers each day to look after the LEGO sections.
  • Use your shop-floor merchandising skills to keep shelves tidy, replenish stock, set up promotional POS stands, and ensure LEGO sets look irresistible to shoppers.
  • Work with store teams to check stock levels, locate boxes that might be stuck in the warehouse or stockroom, and get them out on display where customers can buy them.
  • Work alongside colleagues, section leaders, and duty managers in familiar stores like Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s, B&M, and Smyths Toys , becoming a familiar, trusted face who helps their toy aisle succeed.
  • You manage your visits, plan your journey, and run your day.
  • You’ll visit the same set of local stores regularly, building great relationships with store teams over time.

Requirements

  • Complete training from day one—we’ll show you how field visits work, how to log your visits on our app, and how to get the most out of every store.
  • Referral programme Perkbox and Taste Card access, plus more What We’re Looking For A full UK driving licence and reliable vehicle

Preferred

  • Merchandising, retail or field sales experience is preferred, but not essential A positive, organised approach with strong attention to detail Someone who enjoys variety, independence and being out in store

Pay

  • £13.45 hr + up to 20% bonus (£15.30/hr OTE) Mileage : 34p per mile
  • 22.5 hours per week across 3 weekdays (must include a Wednesday or Thursday) Territory : Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Bury, Burnley and surrounding areas
