Pre-Sales Engineer

As a Pre-Sales Engineer , you will support our sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals for Industrial Refrigeration projects . Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and suppliers, you will help coordinate proposal activities, ensure accurate project documentation, and contribute to delivering competitive solutions that meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• You Will Do Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for industrial refrigeration projects.
• Review customer requirements, specifications, drawings, and related documentation.
• Assist with project costing, quotations, estimates, and proposal documentation.
• Coordinate information and inputs from Sales, Engineering, Project Management, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain proposal files, cost calculations, and supporting documentation.
• Support the sales team with technical information and customer-facing materials.
• Help identify potential project risks and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal and estimating processes.

Requirements

• Experience in sales support, proposal preparation, administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience working in a technical, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
• Experience preparing quotations, reports, estimates, or customer documentation.
• Interest in engineering, technology, or industrial projects.
