Logistic Specialist

Responsibilities Performs a variety of routine and some non routine clerical/administrative activities within the Supply Chain function. Functional areas may include one or more of the following: distribution, inventory control, logistics, planning, transportation, warehouse and update data on the daily shipment Execute or improve plans that balance safety, quality, service, cost, and inventory outcomes. Resolve operational issues through structured problem solving and cross-functional coordination. Ensure all local shipment could be executed properly in field and System perspective (EBS) Managing administrative of Export operation Verify all export document to ensure comply with government regulation Manage filing and documentation of export process Minimization of error, zero delays and to maximize productivity in term of export process Coordinating with 3rd party for executing export process Creating COO for export process JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Suply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major Proficiency in microsoft excell Minimum 1 year experiences as officer, in freight forwarding/logistic business Good communication and interpersonal skill Able to work under pressure and target oriented Basic English skill is a must Willing to be placed in Cikarang
