Responsibilities

• This includes instruments, controls, engines, and machines used in energy production, transmission, and measurement.
• Solutions are typically discussed/verified with a more senior member.
• Design Engineer– Order Related Engineering (ORE) Role Summary Responsible for engineering execution of centrifugal pump orders, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, Sulzer standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.
• The role requires close collaboration with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and project management teams to support successful order delivery.
• Execute pump orders (OH1,OH2, OH3, BB2,BB3 pumps) from design through manufacturing support.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOMs, datasheets and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, API 610, API 682 requirements, and Sulzer standards.
• Resolve technical issues and support manufacturing, supplier, and quality teams.
• Participate in customer and internal technical discussions.
• Support product standardization, database development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering quality, cost optimization, and on-time project execution.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and engineering documentation tools.

Requirements

• Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in centrifugal pump engineering and order execution.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, manufacturing processes, and API standards.
• Proficient with NX 3D Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in pump field.
