- Keep listings competitive and complete — pricing, assortment depth, stock availability and content quality — so our customers always find the best deal on their favorite brands.
- Run regular business reviews with your vendors: performance against target, pricing opportunities, upcoming promotions and category gaps to fill.
- Track vendor performance against our quality standards (defect and return rates, dispatch times, customer ratings) and run improvement plans where vendors fall short.
- Be the voice of your vendors internally and the voice of Reebelo to your vendors: work with Product, Operations, Customer Service and Marketing to resolve issues quickly and to plan promotions and campaigns.
- Help your strongest vendors list cross-border into our other European markets.
- New vendor acquisition (around 30% of your time) Build and work a pipeline of refurbishers, distributors, telcos and trade-in partners across who are not yet selling on Reebelo.
- Prioritise the categories, brands and price points where our catalogue has gaps, and go after the vendors who fill them.
- Pitch Reebelo, negotiate commercial terms and take each new vendor from first conversation to catalogue live and first sale.
- Carry new vendors through their first 90 days so they become the accounts you grow next.
- Across both Report weekly on account performance, acquisition pipeline and market insights (pricing trends, competitor activity, category gaps) to EU leadership.
- Travel occasionally within Europe to meet vendors and attend industry events.
Requirements
- fluent English required, German strongly preferred, French or Italian a plus.
- At least 3 years' experience in account management, vendor or seller management, partnerships or B2B sales — ideally in e-commerce, a marketplace, consumer electronics or refurbished tech.
- you understand pricing, margin and what makes a listing convert, and you can read a performance dashboard and turn it into actions with your vendors.
- A natural relationship-builder who is equally comfortable prospecting new partners and growing existing accounts.
- Experience with a CRM and seller or marketplace tools, and confident with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Organised, self-reliant and a positive team player — you will work remotely with a lean team across time zones.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship or support work permit applications for this role.
Preferred
- An existing network in the refurbished electronics, telco or consumer electronics distribution space.
