- People Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and mentor QA team members, supporting performance management, regular feedback, career development and succession planning.
- Service Level Management: Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), monitoring service performance and addressing delivery risks or concerns.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Facilitate regular studio engagement meetings, providing clear updates on testing progress, risks, budgets, schedules, resource requirements and operational performance.
- Risk & Escalation Management: Act as a key escalation point for assigned studios throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), proactively identifying and addressing testing challenges before and after launch.
