Executive - Technical Job Description Summary Job Description KRA – AV Technical Staff Supervisor AV Operations & Maintenance: Ensure smooth functioning of all AV equipment, including projectors, LED displays, microphones, video conferencing systems, and sound systems.
Conduct scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure AV readiness and provide technical support during meetings, presentations, conferences, and client events.
Supervise AV technicians, allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards.
Coordinate with OEMs and service providers for repairs, AMC, and equipment upgrades; maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and daily reports.
Ensure proper equipment handling, cable management, workplace safety, and compliance with client requirements.
