Senior Counsel

You've Built Your Experience. Practice Somewhere That Trusts It.

Senior Counsel | Nevada | Flexible/Remote

At this point in your career, you don't need someone looking over your shoulder. You need a platform that trusts your judgment, gives you ownership of your matters and client relationships, and provides experienced leadership when you want another perspective.

That's what we're building in Nevada.

We're looking for experienced litigators who can independently manage sophisticated matters, communicate confidently with clients and carriers, and take ownership of cases from strategy through resolution or trial.

Griff's leadership style is straightforward: experienced attorneys should have room to practice. He is accessible when you need him, but he isn't interested in micromanaging attorneys who have demonstrated they can manage their work.

About tysonmendesllp

Led by Partner Griffith Hayes, our Nevada team handles a diverse civil defense practice that includes high-exposure premises liability, bodily injury, hospitality and casino matters, auto liability, dealership-related litigation, and broader general liability matters.

Why Experienced Attorneys Join Our Nevada Team

We’re one of the fastest-growing civil defense firms in the country—known for breaking the mold of the traditional law firm. Our dynamic, diverse team of trial attorneys delivers exceptional results, from landmark cases like Howell v. Hamilton Meats to numerous defense verdicts across the nation.

But we don’t stop at great legal work—we invest in our people. With specialized training in our proven defense methods, clear paths to leadership, and robust professional development, we empower attorneys to grow their careers, build their personal brands, and become leaders in the field.
