Product Manager II

Join our benchmarking solutions team as a Product Manager II. You'll own a core part of the product, defining the roadmap and turning customer needs into a clear plan of action. You'll work closely with engineering, data science, and design to validate concepts, prioritize work, and deliver features that customers love. The ideal candidate has strong product judgment, a track record of shipping impactful features, and technical fluency to direct AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Définir la feuille de route du produit, transformer les besoins des clients et les priorités commerciales en un plan d'action clair.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de science des données et de design pour valider les concepts, prioriser le travail et livrer des fonctionnalités.
• Prototyper rapidement et valider les concepts de produit en utilisant des outils d'assistance à l'IA, en passant de l'idée au prototype plus rapidement qu'une approche traditionnelle.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record scoping and shipping features or small product initiatives that produced clear user and business outcomes
• Superior project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and architects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and business cases to various audiences
• 2–5 years of product management experience for B2B business models, ideally in SaaS
• Deep customer empathy and the ability to research and understand customer pain points and needs
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development or prototyping tools (for example, Claude, Cursor, or v0) to build and test product concepts quickly
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with HR technology is a plus

USD 104,880 - 157,320
