Implementations Configuration Specialist (Canada)

AutoFi, a remote-first company, as an Implementations Configuration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely configuration and integration of AutoFi's products to support successful Dealer Partner launches.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with Dealer Onboarding Specialists, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to translate Dealer Partner requirements into functional technical configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure assigned deliverables meet established quality standards and launch timelines.
• You will manage a concurrent workload of approximately 13-20 implementations and serve as a technical point of contact for Dealer Partners, their representatives, and third-party vendors.

• Servir de point de contact technique pour les partenaires concessionnaires, leurs représentants et les fournisseurs tiers afin de recueillir les exigences, de fournir des conseils sur la configuration, de résoudre les problèmes et de surmonter les obstacles à la mise en œuvre.
• Hands-on experience using API testing tools, such as Postman, to send requests, validate responses, and investigate integration issues

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working with SaaS platforms, technical configurations, system integrations, or related implementation activities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with demonstrated ability to review and validate work for accuracy, completeness, and expected functionality
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and a high standard of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• An ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, independent problem-solving, and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent implementations with competing priorities
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent assignments and competing deadlines
• Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently, proactively communicate progress and challenges, and recognize when escalation or additional support is required
• Technical aptitude and comfort working with software configurations, system settings, integrated applications and AI Agents
• Ability to contribute to realistic implementation timelines, identify risks and dependencies, and consistently deliver on commitments

Preferred

• Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and Regex strongly preferred
• Experience working with third-party integrations, external vendors, or cross-functional implementation teams preferred
• Familiarity with automotive dealership operations, business models, and technology ecosystems is an asset, but not required
• 2-3 years of experience in client-facing implementations, technical onboarding, or SaaS support strongly preferred
