Requirements

• Technical leadership experience, including guiding teams, shaping architecture, or influencing engineering direction
• Strong design and coding skills, with a reputation for delivering high-quality technical outcomes
• Experience with C#/.NET or multiple programming languages, plus a strong understanding of database design, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code
• Experience designing and delivering complex enterprise or cloud platform solutions
• Experience developing microservice or service-oriented architectures and designing REST APIs

Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms

• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve engineering productivity and software quality
• Strong communication, ownership, adaptability, and curiosity, with the ability to motivate others and lead through technical influence

Preferred

• Experience with Angular or equivalent web development frameworks
• Experience with Kubernetes, containers, or cloud-native application platforms
