Revenue Cycle Management Consultant

Join AlayaCare, a leading provider of home care software. As a Revenue Cycle Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' billing and financial workflows. You will collaborate with various teams, develop best practices, and provide training to customer-facing teams. This is a technical and consultative role that requires strong communication skills and a background in revenue cycle management or billing.

• Collaborer avec l'équipe produit RCM pour le développement de meilleures pratiques internes et la formation des équipes.
• Gérer de manière indépendante les escalades de facturation et les engagements de taille moyenne, contribuer à l'optimisation des services.
• Participer aux sessions de découverte pour comprendre les exigences de facturation et de RCM des clients et les traduire en recommandations de configuration.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead, educate, and inspire both teams and clients
• Flexibility to travel as required for collaborative and client engagements
• At least four years of experience in SaaS or a related technical environment, with a strong focus on managed services, RCM, or billing
• A background in RCM, such as support, consulting, or another client-facing RCM role
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• A strong customer service background, with the ability to own client relationships, manage expectations, and remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
• Familiarity with project management tools and platforms such as Mavenlink, Confluence, and Jira
• Formal education or direct work experience in finance, accounting, or medical billing. Experience processing claims, reconciling billing, or managing revenue cycle operations is a strong asset
• Hands-on experience with billing or claims workflows and RCM configurations is a strong advantage
• Experience in the healthcare or home care industry
• Experience with US billing, including payers, claims, and reimbursement models
• Experience with SaaS products and/or software implementations
