Senior Value Architect (AI Applied)

Celonis as a Senior AI Applied Value Architect, where you will lead AI and data-driven business transformation for customers in North America. You will combine technical execution with consulting and project management, orchestrating complex roadmaps and executing targeted transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Your role will involve uncovering real issues, cultivating executive sponsorship, steering global transformations, and championing platform adoption.
• Uncover real issues within organizations, own the outcome from discovery through realized ROI, and craft powerful executive narratives.
• Steer global transformations across complex workstreams, own and implement AI-driven account planning and AI-assisted project management.
• Strategic Program & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs. Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship. Flawless English communication with commanding executive presence

Requirements

• You should have a deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains, 5+ years of experience in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales, and a solid background in enterprise IT and business software.
• Spearhead AI and data-driven business transformation, contributing to the customer's end-to-end value journey using the Celonis Context Model.
• Travel Requirement: Frequent US travel is required. Candidates must be eligible for TN status under CUSMA. Continued employment is contingent upon successfully obtaining and maintaining valid TN status
• Domain & Industry: Deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains. You stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases
• Experience: 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales
• AI & Technical & Fluency: Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). You operate primarily as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding
• Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
• Process Improvement & Value Realization: Proven expertise in executing process improvements
• Builder Mentality: Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team. Driven to live for customer value, proactively hunting and ideating for highest-impact solutions
