Senior Product Marketing Manager (Growth)

Enterpret

Join our team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, where you'll be responsible for launching new features and building our product-led growth activation flow. You'll manage the launch calendar, create launch assets, prepare sales and customer success teams, drive adoption, and measure success. This role requires experience in product marketing for AI products, familiarity with product analytics tools, and a passion for customer success.

  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication of new features to target audiences.
  • Drive user adoption and engagement by developing and implementing onboarding journeys, targeted campaigns, and product enablement materials.
  • Measure and analyze the success of product launches and activation efforts, using data to inform future strategies and improve outcomes.

- You're comfortable in product analytics tools like PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel. You can define a funnel, read a cohort, and set up an experiment without waiting on anyone
- You've done product marketing for AI products at B2B software companies, and your portfolio shows it
- You've built a PLG activation or onboarding program and can point to the metric it moved
- You write clearly and concisely, and you can turn a dense product spec into something a busy PM reads in 30 seconds
- You really know how to use AI tools. You use Claude and tools like it every day, and you've built yourself a second brain with them (projects, custom instructions, skills, a knowledge base your AI works from) that makes you faster and more efficient. It's how you do the job: analyzing activation data, prototyping onboarding flows, drafting and testing lifecycle copy at volume, and turning launch inputs into finished assets fast. You can also explain how an AI feature works, where it falls short, and why a buyer should trust it
- You're hands-on with lifecycle and in-app tools like
, HubSpot, Braze, Appcues, Pendo, or Chameleon. You build the campaign yourself instead of writing a brief for someone else
- You've owned launches from planning through post-launch adoption at a weekly or near-weekly pace, and you know how to keep a cadence going without the work getting stale
- You're creative and a problem solver. You don't approach challenges with answers. You approach them with questions to get to what you actually need to know
- You have a clear track record of working well cross-functionally, and you know how to build and manage strong relationships with product, design, sales, and customer success
- You understand customers and genuinely care about their success, not just the business's success
- Experience marketing to product managers, product engineers, or developers at AI-native companies
- Experience at an early-stage company where product marketing was a team of one or two
- Familiarity with customer feedback, product analytics, or developer tools
- You can make product videos yourself, like demos, walkthroughs, and short explainers
