Director of GTM Operations Analytics and Insights

As the Director of GTM Operations Analytics and Insights, you will shape the future of the company by analyzing complex business problems, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness. You will work closely with senior executives and client groups across various departments, providing them with the data and insights they need to make critical business decisions. You will also lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team, driving strategy and alignment with business needs.

• Deep knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success data and how it drives revenue​
• Executive-grade communication; track record influencing C-suite/E-staff audiences​
• Hands-on fluency with BI/data tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms​
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred​
• Experience building forecasting models and predictive/prescriptive analytics for executives​
